GÜLÜMSE (which means SMILE in Turkish) is a Turkish & English run business with its directors having many years combined experience in Sales & Marketing, Customer Service and in the Tour Industry.

GÜLÜMSE HOMES is jointly run by the Ozisikoglus & Kahramans - two families combining their wealth of experience and knowledge to help foreign visitors enjoy their visit to Turkey.

AMANDA & CEM OZISIKOGLU

Cem and Amanda have been married since 2007 - Amanda having moved to Turkey in 2006 and Cem living in Altinkum for 9 years. 

Amanda has over 25 years experience in the Customer Service and Sales & Marketing industry before moving to Turkey and working for a local developer.    

Cem has over 19 years in the tour industry, starting his career in Kusadasi selling daily excursions, then moving to Antalya, Side, Alanya, Fetiye.  Finally settling in Didim where he has been working in the estate and tour industry for the past eight years.

CLAIRE & EMIN KAHRAMAN

Claire & Emin have been together for 14 years and married for 7of them.

Emin has worked within the Tourism and Construction Industry since 1987.  He has also qualified in Travel & Tourism Management, Estate Agency Management, Swimming Pool Maintenance and holds a passenger carrying licence.

Claire has lived in Turkey for the past 15 years; firstly owning her own Boat Tour business, and then as Sales and Marketing Manager for a construction company. 

 

After all working for various local tour companies and construction companies, they decided to combine their joint experiences in the Tourism and Construction Industry. 

 

Their mission?  SMILE ALTINKUM pride themselves on being fully aware of their clients` needs and they always seek to provide the best possible service.
